Wenn die Idee zur Realität wird

Eine Deutsche Radiosendung im Irischen Radio? Was soll das?

Tune in to the second „mo-show – komplett verCORKed“ Thursday 7 pm – 8 pm Irish and 8 pm – 9pm German time on Irish Radio International (http://www.irishradiointernational.com/pages/stream.htm )

Dr. Manfred Schewe, Head of the German Department at UCC and co-editor of SCENARIO, the Journal for Drama and Theatre in Foreign and Second Language Education, is the main guest this week.

We will be playing snippets from GLORIOUS, the musical comedy about Florence Foster Jenkins, the worst successful singer ever, now playing at the Cork Arts Theatre and a short interview with actor Brendan Dunlea.

Find out what WORT-SPIEL „Parisian shoes and Pommeranian legs“ means and who won the German beer. Prick up your ears when the Pregustator munches his way through another exotic Irish dish. Listen to a German poem, Jankowsky spricht, and to the best music of Cork.
